Certified Personal Trainer 

At Motivated By Movement, I help active adults and athletes build resilient, high-performing knees so they can keep doing what they love — on the trails, on the slopes, and in everyday life.

As a Certified Personal Trainer with firsthand experience navigating knee setbacks, I understand that strength isn’t just about how much you can lift — it’s about moving better, building stability, and creating joints you can trust.

 

My approach blends functional strength training, stability work, and performance-based programming to help you move with confidence and longevity.

 

Whether you're training for hiking season, getting ready for ski trips, or simply wanting to stay active as you age, my mission is simple:
