About the event
Join us for a four-part series on how to prevent knee pain and injuries for the skiing and snowboarding season of 2025! The sessions will be hosted by Heather Danielsen. She is the owner of Motivated By Movement, a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), a Certified Snowboard Instructor (AASI I), and a Performance Enhancement Specialist for athletes.
The sessions include:
Session #1: In-Season Maintenance
Interested in how to maintain your strength, remain injury free, and properly recover throughout the season? Join us to learn about in-season maintenance, parking lot warm ups, post-shredding recovery, and more.
Session #2: Post-Season Recovery
Wondering what to do after the season is over? Join us to learn about post-season rest and recovery, aiding your body in rehabilitation after an intensive season, while also preparing for next season. Now is the time to set your foundation to ensure an injury free season for next year.
